Facilitator workspace — intake, field capture, and client deliverables

Incorrect code.
Phase 1 — Fieldwork Cycle
Client Intake
Start with the opening question. Use it in discovery calls, written pre-work, or as an email prompt before the program. The answers feed directly into the PRISM Profile.
Opening question
Ask this first — verbally or in writing
Let them answer freely. Capture as much as they give you — exact words when possible.

Phase 3 — Fieldwork Cycle
Field Map
Real-time and post-field capture. Record what you observe during the experience — behaviors, moments, patterns, quotes. This becomes the evidence base for your debrief and deliverables.

Reflection Boats
Break participants into five groups — one per PRISM dimension. Name each boat, add participants, then copy the boat link to share with that group.
Boat links include the PRISM dimension and boat name as URL parameters.
Participants who open their link will see their boat assignment and have that dimension featured first.
Phase 4 — Fieldwork Cycle
Worksheets
The five PRISM tools. Fill these out post-field, drawing on intake data and your Field Map observations. These feed directly into client deliverables.

Individual 90-Day Commitments
Each participant's personal principal — one specific commitment they are making for the next 90 days. These feed into follow-up emails and participant hub reminders. Keep separate from team action items.

Client Outputs
Generated deliverables assembled from your intake, field map, and worksheet data. Review and refine before sharing with the client.
